I created Crafting a Life of Love because deep down, I know that love is the greatest gift we can experience. Meaningful relationships, authentic communities, moments of connection with strangers as we recognize our shared humanity—this is what makes life so beautiful.
And yet, so often we struggle to share and receive love. Life gets busy. We become distracted by the allures of success and approval. We form judgments about strangers that keep us from reaching out with compassion. Our own failures and weaknesses sow doubts deep inside us—are we even worthy of being loved?
Love is a wonderful idea. But in practice, it’s not so simple.
I have come to learn that a life devoted to genuine love requires intentionality—both in the design of our lives and the posture of our hearts. In this space, I invite you to join me in moving closer to love one small step at a time.

About Me
I am a writer and a creative with a passion for sharing meaningful stories.
Since I was a young girl, I have loved writing. Over the past few years, I have developed a new appreciation for the power of words to inspire us and the beauty of stories that move us. It has been an immense honor to share these words in a more public way on this blog.
In my free time, I love connecting with friends, listening to audiobooks on long walks, and playing with my beloved goddaughter. I reside in the San Francisco Bay Area. You can learn more about me on my author website!
About My Book
As a resident assistant at Boston College, I developed an enjoyment of supporting other young adults with empathy and authenticity. After graduating in 2021, I began writing a book to help incoming and current college students discover what matters to them so they can live with purpose. In 2024, I published Discover What Matters: Find Meaning, Hope, and Love in a Success-Driven College Culture.
